Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are established between:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Website Owner")
and the end user of the products and services purchased on the roamlinx.com website and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
The Website Owner reserves the right to change the following terms at any time to reflect changes in supplier pricing, operational costs, taxes, or other related fees. Please review these Terms carefully. Note that each mobile network operator reserves the right to change service rates at any time without prior notice, which is beyond the control of the Website Owner.
1. Accuracy of Information
The Website Owner makes every effort to ensure that all information on our website is correct and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information available on other websites. Due to the dynamic nature of the market, all rates are subject to change. We strive to keep all information as current as possible.
The Website Owner is not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website.
2. Product Description
The Website Owner offers a wide range of global data eSIM products and mobile data packages. Product descriptions and pricing published on the website are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be exact.
If a product or service is inaccurately described (including pricing), we reserve the right to cancel any related order, even if the order has already been confirmed and paid for. If we cancel a paid order, all incurred costs will be fully refunded.
3. Payment Methods and Currency
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Discover, and Diners Club International worldwide. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment systems. All payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Users can choose their preferred payment provider. Payments made through PayPal are protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection program. Prices on the website are listed in Euros (EUR).
4. Service Validity Period
Global (PAYG) eSIM products and accounts do not expire in the traditional sense. However, if an account remains inactive (no data usage) for 365 days, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated eSIM and permanently remove it from our system.
If the balance is zero and the last data session occurred more than 365 days ago, the eSIM may be permanently deleted.
For mobile data packages, the validity period starts from the moment the eSIM first connects to a mobile network supported by Roamlinx. You have 180 days from the date of purchase to activate the product.
5. Service Provision for eSIM
We do not guarantee network availability or coverage, which is the responsibility of local mobile network providers. Users experiencing issues should first contact the local carrier. Refunds will not be issued for problems caused by lack of coverage.
While we assist in eSIM activation and issue resolution, we cannot guarantee network quality or activation procedures. Users are responsible for correctly entering all required activation details. We are not liable for blocked or non-functional eSIM profiles resulting from incorrect installation.
6. Device Compatibility
Users must ensure their device is compatible with our services and supports eSIM technology. Popular compatible devices include iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 and newer. Check your device settings or consult the manufacturer to confirm compatibility. No refunds are granted for incompatible devices unless specified in our refund policy.
7. Rates
Rates for the products are published on the website and are quoted in Euros (EUR) per megabyte (MB) or as package rates.
Some countries may have multiple roaming partners with different data pricing. Users are responsible for checking partner networks and rates before traveling. No refunds will be issued for usage on more expensive networks if lower-cost options were available.
8. Risk
Products or services are only provided after full payment is received. After delivery, the Website Owner is not liable for damage or loss. Issues such as activation errors or missing delivery emails must be reported immediately to Roamlinx Customer Support at support@roamlinx.com.
9. Product Delivery
All products are delivered in digital format (e.g., via a QR code for eSIM or a link to activate a data package) usually instantly, but no later than within 24 hours.
Delivery of new products may still be subject to local regulations. The User is considered the importer and must comply with local laws.
10. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you encounter a technical issue within the first 30 days and our support team is unable to resolve it, a full refund will be issued. Contact support@roamlinx.com and provide any requested information. Failure to follow troubleshooting instructions voids the guarantee.
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to top-ups, coupons, or promotional/demo products.
11. Unavailable Products
A full refund will be issued within 30 days if a purchased product is unavailable at fulfillment.
12. Promotional or Demo Products
We may offer demo or promotional products free of charge. These are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Roamlinx reserves the right to deny or cancel demo products without prior notice.
13. Incorrect Product Orders
If you mistakenly ordered an incompatible or wrong-format product, you may request an exchange. If an exchange is possible, a processing fee of 5 euros (EUR) may apply and must be paid before the exchange can take place.
14. Defective Products
If a product is defective due to technical error, we will replace it free of charge. Please email sales@roamlinx.com with a description and screenshot of the issue.
15. Damaged Goods
If digital products or activation details are corrupted or incomplete, contact us immediately with a description and any relevant evidence. Without sufficient proof, we cannot process compensation claims.
16. Unclaimed or Incorrect Orders
If you no longer need an unused and unactivated product, you may request a partial refund. A 50% restocking fee applies. Activated or partially used products are non-refundable.
17. Order Cancellation
For digital products such as eSIMs, activation QR codes, or data packages, you may cancel your order at any time before receiving your activation code or link.
Once the activation code or link has been delivered or used, the service is considered started, and the right to cancel no longer applies (as allowed under EU law).
If your eSIM, Global (PAYG) product, or data service cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue not caused by your device or misuse, or if the product does not match its description and cannot be fixed within 30 days, Roamlinx will issue a refund or replacement within 14 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your digital product has been delivered or activated, marking the end of the cancellation window.
18. Refund Processing
To request a refund, provide your bank name and account number. Refunds are processed within 30 days of request initiation and issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence within the European Union.
Roamlinx always aims to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you may bring your case before the competent courts of Latvia or, if required by EU law, the courts in your country of residence.
